On July 4th - we went to Provo to hang out with Auntie Biz and Auntie Maura. We got up at 4:30 so that we could leave a 5:30 so that we could be in Provo at 6:30 to watch the hot air balloons take off. When we got there the weather was bad and we ended up not seeing any of the balloons. So we than headed for the parade. We got great seats and really enjoyed so many of the floats. The Provo parade really is long but we never got bored and Rachel loved it, especially the horses. I think that my favorite was all the decorated strollers. We had cloud cover most of the morning but than we realized how lucky we are when the sun poked through.
After the parade we had a little BBQ and ate very well. Also the irrigation water was running and we enjoyed getting our feet wet. Ana and Roger and cousin John and cousin Ariana came to visit us for a little minute and John and Rachel really enjoyed playing with each other. We missed the other Provo family but Pop and Popo were on the east coast.
