We once again got to pick peaches with Klair - this year Klair's wife, Holly joined us as well as Natalie and her kids. We had so much fun and brought home hundreds of peaches. We have been bottling them and also drying them. We love peaches - sorry you missed it Uncle Brad!!!

Barsky with sunglasses
SLC with Brad
One of the other things that we came up to do with Uncle Brad was to visit temple square. All of us agreed that it had been a while since we had gone there and thought it would make for a great day. Rachel loved the statue of Jesus and Brad wanted a picture in front of the temple (incase you are single, you can add your picture to his) as well at the water fontatian. Gus and I just love it for what it was. We than said good-bye to Uncle Brad as we had dinner with Uncle Richard and Aunt DeAnna. We just love the two of them.
Uncle Brad came to visit and we trimmed a tree
When Uncle Brad comes to visit - we always do a huge project. He came to visit for my birthday hoping to catch the peach season - but peaches are late this year so we trimmed our big tree in the back. Our friends Klair and Holly Carroll came and helped us cut and pick up the large tree branches. Carl Anderson also came for a couple of hours. We could hardly believe that it only took us 2 days to clean it up. There were so many branches. We enjoyed homemade ice cream that I got the recipe from my friend Karla Bench. It was the best I have ever eatin'! Uncle Brad need to think smaller for next years project! I forgot to mention that the horse in our back yard, which we have named Rosie, loved the branches and Rachel played most of the time with Barsky in the back yard.
